Peacefully at home in Komoka on Sunday, December 29th, 2024. Douglas S. Smith in his 88th year.
Husband of Dorothy Smith (nee Miles). Father of Stuart Smith of West Lorne, and Laurie (Kelly) Welch of Kilworth. Grandfather of Tabitha (Brian) Hastings, Kayleigh Smith, and Courtney and Rory Welch. Great grandfather of Aubrey and Morgan. Remembered brother of Betty (Brian) DeAthe and predeceased by brother Phillip.
At Mr. Smith's request Cremation has taken place .
A memorial service will be held at the Komoka United Church (110 St Lawrence Ave, Komoka) on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025 commencing at 11:00 AM with Reverend Wayne Kent officiating.
