Obituary of Martin McGahey

Peacefully at Victoria Campus, LHSC, London on Wednesday, July 26^th, 2023 surrounded by his family Martin McGahey Sr. of Chippewas Of The Thames First Nation in his 99^th year. Veteran of WWII.

Predeceased by his wife Marietta McGahey (nee Sickles). Loving father of Monty (Mary) McGahey, Martin Jr. (Gina) McGahey, and Jill (Dave) Oga. Stepfather of Whitney and  Wayne Sickles and predeceased by daughters Becky, Roxy, Morlene Noah, and Joyce Albert. Predeceased by his parents Andrew McGahey and Alice (nee Henry).

Survived by his sister Rita Dolson and predeceased by brothers Tracy Deleary Leonard, Joseph, Hiram, Clayton, Jasper, and Reginald McGahey. And sisters Stella Burch and Betty Antone.  Survived by his many Grandchildren, Grt Grandchildren and Grt Grt grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

We would like to thank Parkwood Institute Veterans Care Staff for all their Care and Support for Martin Sr.  Friends will be received by the family at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Friday, July 28^th from 7pm to 9pm.
