We were truly saddened to read of Mary's passing. My daughter, Pam Hrick, played baseball with Erica many, many years ago. Mary and Ken were always cheering the team on, as was I, but we always had time to chat. My Mom became friends with Mary outside of baseball and they enjoyed many visits and conversations. Mom, now 95, has a number of health and memory issues but she clearly remembers Mary with great fondness. I, too, remember her as a kind, supportive, calm and incredibly bright woman whom I very much admired.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Kahnekiyostha, Ken and all Mary's family.
