Obituary of Barry Donald Sturgeon

Unexpectedly on Sunday, January 29^th, 2023, Barry Sturgeon of Chippewas of the Thames First Nation in his 54^th year. 

Beloved husband of Eve Metts.  Loving father of Trisha, Shannon.H, Jolene, Shannon.J, Donovan (Savannah), Barry, Hazel, and the late Alysha.  Proud grandpa of Clifton, Diamond, River, and Jordon.  Dear brother of Brian (Delores), Will (Chris), Bo (Rhonda), Russell (Dolla), Wendy (Dennis), Sarah (Brian), Loretta, and the late Sandy.  Survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  Predeceased by his parents Arthur Weekes and Yula Sturgeon. 

Family will receive friends at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 1, from 7 - 9 pm, where the Celebration of Barry’s life will be held on Thursday, February 2 commencing at 11 am.  Interment Bear Creek Cemetery.  www.elliottmadill.com
