Obituary of Catherine Helena Flegel

Peacefully, with her loving family by her side, at Strathroy Hospital, on Wednesday, June 29^th, 2022 Catherine Flegel of Mount Brydges in her 87^th year. 

Beloved wife of the late Bill Flegel.  Loving mother of Willy and Chris Flegel, Robert and Linda Flegel, the late Don and Gwen (Dan) Abdallah, Laura and Steve Titus, Judy Flegel and Greg Dougall, Cindy Flegel, and Sherri Flegel.  Proud grandma of Alyson and Alix Chisholm (Violet and Vance), Andrew Flegel and Amanda Oppedisano, Brendan and Kylie Flegel, Patrick Flegel, Emma Flegel, Brent Flegel and Heather Lloyd, Thomas Abdallah and Katherine Alexander, the late Steven Abdallah, Nicole Titus and Nick Leno, Aaron Titus, Rebecca Dougall, Ryan Dougall, Kevin Payne, and Celeste Payne.  Survived by her siblings Lenie Roks and Bill Duynisveld and her sisters-in-law Rose Flegel and Linda Duynisveld.  Missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours, and friends. 

Catherine was a member of the Catholic Women’s League for many years. 

Family will receive friends at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home on Sunday, July 3^rd from 5-8 pm.  Mass will be celebrated at All Saints Parish, Strathroy on Monday, July 4^th, 2022 at 1 pm.  Private family interment Sacred Heart Cemetery, Mount Brydges.
