Obituary of Beatrice Lorene Riley

Beatrice Lorene Riley of the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, in her 80th year went home to be with her Lord and Saviour on August 28th, 2020. 

She leaves behind in Creators loving care her children,  grandchildren  and great grandchildren: Monica, Keith, Cynthia and Daniel (Jennifer), Gene, Jesse, Jeremy. Kristi, Serenity and Zander,  Mitchell and Brendan, Keygan, Hope and Julia, Danielle and Michael.   Survived by her sister Maxine (Paul Sr.) Hendrick, Brother-in-law Basil Hendrick. As well as sisters Karen, Evelyn (Ron), Wanda (Mike) and brothers Jim (Gail)  Warren (Cheryl) and Darren (Shirley).  As well as many nieces and nephews and cousins. She is lovingly remembered by her best friend Vicki Antone and special friend Syb Young. She was raised by her Grandmother Mary Anne Riley, Uncle Kingsley Riley and Aunt Marybelle Riley. She is predeceased by her parents Eleanor Riley-Brant (1952) and Alex Halfday, as well as daughter Billie Jo, grandson Gabrielle, sister Leona Hendrick, son-in- law Huburn Hendrick and brothers Billy, Bryce  Goldie and Jerry. Uncle's Kingsley, Levi, Carl, Dick and Aunt's Marybelle and Elsie. 

 

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Lorene's life at Elliott- Madill Funeral Home  on Tuesday, September 1st  from 10am - 11am where the funeral service will be held on  at  11am. Cremation to follow.
