I had the great pleasure to work with Ross at London Life from the mid 60s to mid 80s. We worked on a number of projects together. He was a very conscientious employee, but even more he was a friendly, thoughtful, kind and caring human being. My condolences to the family and friends. Al Otton

Dear Bev, Cindy, Greg, and Dan. I have so many happy memories of time spent with Ross and Bev at Port Franks. We spent many hours together on the lake, or river, or at the table. Ross was the most determined man I knew. When he made his mind up about something, he would follow it threw. The last day we spent on the lake was for his 70th. birthday, and he was determined he was going to get up on the waterskis if he drown doing it. It took a couple of hours but the smile on his face when he finally got up was priceless, and I shared it with the local TV station for all his friends to see. He will be missed by so many, he left a mark on the world around him.

I'm so deeply saddened by Ross's passing. As a close friend of Cindy's, my heart breaks as I knew how close she was to her dad, and how much of an inspiration he was. His memory will definitely live on through Cindy and his grandchildren. My heart goes out to the McTaggart family ❤ Love all of you, Nicola Kane

We were very sad to hear of the death of Ross. I remember meeting Ross many years ago and him telling me he had Parkinson’s. Ross told me don’t feel sorry for him because he had played tennis yesterday and that he went waterskiing on the weekend.
We enjoyed spending time with Ross and Bev at Delaware United Church. Memories of progressive dinners, yard sales and Christmas sales.
Our thoughts are with Bev and family.
We are unable to attend the service as we are in Florida but will be thinking of everyone .
Sharon and Glen Oliver
