Obituary of Lucretia (Lucy) Johanna Smink

Peacefully at Sprucedale Care Centre, Strathroy on Friday, April 26^th, 2019. Lucretia “Lucy” Johanna Smink (nee Lutgendorf) formerly of Mount Brydges in her 81^st year. Predeceased by her husband William “Bill” Smink (1984). Also predeceased by son Henry (1969). Loving mother of Mary (John) Vanderlinde of Glencoe, Jane (Paul Andrew) Soutiere of London and Perry (Tracy) Smink of Mount Brydges. Dear grandmother of Ryan, Christine, Sandra, and Barbara, Crystal and Michelle, and William and Nicole. Great grandmother of Logan, Victoria, Tyson, Lillian, John and Jude. Also sadly missed by many other family here and abroad. Friends will be received by the family at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Monday, April 29th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday April 30^th from Hope Community Christian Reformed Church, Mount Brydges commencing at 2pm. Donations to the Strathroy Community Christian School or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.  The Lord is my shepherd………..
