Allen and I swarm together at McMaster University and trained together all 4 years of school. training camps in Florida, listening to Gaye hound us in the pool and encourage us all to be better swimmers and young men and women. Dear Mrs. Webster, Susan, Louise and Peter,
On behalf of Bill and myself, please accept our condolences for your loss. Both of us knew Alan since he was a boy—Bill through swimming and for me, Alan was the boy next door. Bill spend so much time with Alan riding bikes to swim practice, swimming for hours and riding home again. In fact, it’s because of Alan, Bill and I met and fell in love. Alan enjoyed life and was good to be around and we know that he will be greatly missed.
