I knew John from working with him at the Ford plant where he had many friends. He came and seen me a few times at my place in St. Thomas. He was special, one of the best. It was always a pleasure to talk to him at work, he was never upset and always in a great mood. If I was having a bad day a talk with John would always cheer me up.
It has been a while since I seen him but he was a true friend.

Condolences to my dearest Uncle Johnny, I am going to miss you so much Uncle, As a little girl growing up , you would come for a family visit , and each time you entered our home you would always swing your arms wide open for me to come running you would pick me up and carry me around the kitchen on your shoulders, those childhood memories I hold close to my heart and when I got older I lay in the hospital bed, with my 3rd fight with Cancer , you showed up and said the most beautiful prayer I could ever hear you brought many teardrops to my eyes that day I will remember and Cherrish fill my dying day , I LOVE YOU SO MUCH UNCLE JOHNNY, FROM ANGIE KECHEGO & FAMILY❤️❤️❤️

U left me too early Dad. I thought we had more time. I took it for granted everything you've ever done for me. I didn't realize until I had my own kids and realized what it took to do everything in life and still have the energy to be there for your kids. Just so u know I don't know how that hole in the soffit got there. It wasn't from the boomerang u bought me. It might have been Georgy. (I wasn't looking). Sorry I shot the window out of your station wagon with the BB gun u bought. Yes that was me. That's was sort of your fault. U bought me the BB gun! Sorry abought the dent from the front of the car to the back. I thought I could slide around that turn in the snow but that stop sign got in the way. Every time I wash my car I can hear u say don't forget to put the hose back. U know I will. On rainy days like your Dad told u if u don't want to get wet just run in between the rain drops. I've told my kids that as they will tell their's. I've actualy seen them try this. I always introduce myself as my wife's better half but we know they're ours. You'll only hear me say that once. Sorry about the terrible two's and three's and four's and so on. All in all - go Jays. You'll be missed and never forgotten. When i needed you, you were there. I could never have asked for a better Dad. I only wish I could be half as good as you were. Lately I'm just tring to be a Dad. Love ya.
