Obituary of Barbara Ann Schuyler

Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at home Oneida, July 6th 2017. Barbara Schuyler in her 74th year.  Predeceased by husband Leland Doxtator Sr. (2007). Cherished mother of Judy (Art), Leeland (Lorraine), Mike (Deana) and Chris (Tanis).  Loved Grandmother of Marsha (Graham), Shayne (Danielle), Bobi (Mike), Daniel, David (Kathleen), Justin, Hailey, Katey (Preston), Victoria (Greg), Tiara and Jaxon.  Proud Great Grandmother of Grayson, Drayden, Nash, Kellan, Demi, Skylar, Onyx, Maxon, Veyda, Lawrencea, Laciana, Daniel, Raiden, Blaine, Braelynn, Aiden and Ezra.  Survived by her mother Kathleen Schuyler and her sisters Rosie (Duncan) and Dolores (Bev).  Predeceased by her father Norman and sister Grace.  Barbara will be missed by her Aunt Margaret and cousins George, Anniebelle and Mary Anne.  Remebered by Brother-in-laws Vernon (Brenda) and Grant (Ada), as well as her Special Niece Deanna and great nephew J.J. She leaves behind many nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.

Friends will be received at the home of the Late Barbara Schuyler (2639 Bodkin Rd. Oneida) on Friday July 7th from 7pm - 9pm. and a Long house service will be held at the home on Saturday evening. Funeral service to follow on Sunday July 9th at the Longhouse Riveroad commencing at 11am.  Interment Anglican Cemetery, Oneida.  In lieu of flowers donations to the Oneida Language Cultural Centre would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mt.
