Obituary of Grant H Keay

Peacefully after a courageous battle, on Wednesday January 18th, 2017. Grant H. Keay of Mount Brydges passed away at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Carol Keay (nee Bilenki) for 56 years. Loving and proud father of Teresa. Predeceased by his parents Phil Keay of Mt. Brydges and Ada Keay of Strathroy. Grant will be remembered by his in-laws Richard of Fruitvale, B.C., Larry of Southbend, Indiana, Mike of Leduc, Alberta and Marcia of Surrey, B.C. He was employed with the MTC for 36 years, a volunteer fire fighter for 50 years and coached the Ladies ball team for 40 plus years. Grant loved to travel, fish, hunt, play ball,hockey and cards. He loved to live and lived to love. Friends will be recieved by the family at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Friday, January 27th from 6pm to 9pm . A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 28th from the funeral commencing at 11am. Reverend Don Keenliside officiating. In lieu of flowers donations to the Parkinsons foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
