Obituary of Carrie Doxtator

Peacefully at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday January 8th, 2017. Carrie Doxtator (nee Bunn) of Oneida Nation in her 92nd year. Loving mother of Charles, Dennis, Irla (Dean), Tyman (Dee), Allen (Liz), Carlette (Ken), Joanne, Elaine, Lindy, Quentin (Mona) and Jerry. Predeceased by sons Wally, Carl, David and daughter Edith Marcelle. Sadly missed by her 23 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren and 13 gr grt grandchildren. Predeceased by grandson Tyrone and niece Stella. Survived by her brother Walter Summers , baby sister Olive Elm and predeceased by her sisters Jean and Cassie. Will be sadly missed by niece Una Doxtator and family, Phillips family, Summers family, Salter family, Gannon family, Franklin family and Daughter-in-laws Tracy, Delores and Gail. Friends will be recieved by the family at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Tuesday evening from 7pm to 9pm and on Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm. Funeral service to follow on Thursday from the Anglican Church, Oneida commencing at 11am with Rev. Canon Gaye Whippey officiating. Interment Oneida Anglican Cemetery.
