My favorite memories of uncle Phil was getting to ride on his scooter. He would start on turtle mode and ask if I was ready for rabbit mode. He'd let me turn it up and we would race around. He will be missed dearly. My heart goes out to everyone who also lost this amazing man. Rest easy uncle Phil. We love you lots
