Obituary of Vernon Blake Doxtator
Peacefully at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, Vernon Blake Doxtator, in his 85th year, passed away on September 14, 2024.
Vernon was born on January 31, 1940, on the Oneida Settlement to Emily (nee Hill) and Fred Doxtator (both predeceased), also Predeceased by his daughter, Diana Doxtator (2018).
Vernon is survived by his wife, Brenda, children, Randy (Marilyn), Marilyn (Mike), Terri-Ann (Randy), Shelly (Clinton), Aaron (Ayla).
Survived by Sister, Donna Doxtator (Colin), as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received by the family at Vernon’s homestead, 2850 Clara Road, Southwold, on Sunday, September 15th, 2024, after 12 noon. Service will be held at 11am on Monday, September 16th with interment Longhouse Cemetery # 3, Oneida Road.
