Obituary of Jack David Chrisjohn
Unexpectedly at Victoria Campus on Saturday, April 13th, 2024, Jack David Chrisjohn JR in his 46th year started his journey home to be reunited with his parents Jack Sr (Shirley) Chrisjohn and his sister Sonya Chrisjohn.
Junior was survived by his wife Sarah, his pride and joys Raven, Thomas (Marissa) Miriah (Colden) Jasmyne, Izabella (Star), Alleksandar, Nevaeh. He was a beloved Grandpa to Wynter, Kymarii and Emmett. Also survived by his siblings Micheal, Selena (Raymond), Tiesha, Shaniqua, Esche and closest little sister Sue-Ellen (Darius a.k.a Delirious) Salmon. He will be dearly missed by Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, dear friends, and dialysis staff at LHSC (Victoria Campus).
Family will receive friends at the ELLIOTT – MADILL FUNERAL HOME on Friday, April 19th, 2024, from 7 – 9 pm where the Celebration of Junior’s life will be held Saturday commencing at 11 am. Private inurnment to follow at a later date.
