Sincere condolences to all of Barb's extended family. I taught Adult Academic Upgrading courses with Ross for many, many years, under the London Board and subsequently Fanshawe College. Ross and I always had a great relationship. I was the Counsellor for the Business and Secretarial programs for 13 years on the Main Campus of Fanshawe College when Ross' brother Dave taught in those areas. Joe & Ionne Woodall...Lambeth,ON.

I had Mrs. Brown as my grade one teacher. Such fond memories of being in her class. She was kind and caring and definitely not afraid to discipline when needed. I saw her one day picking up my mom from VON exercise class and seeing her and still calling her Mrs. Brown. Her words were you can call me Barb now, you are all grown up now. She will be deeply missed by all. My condolences to Bonnie and family. May she rest in peace. Mrs. Brown, until we meet again.

Mrs Brown was my teacher during the 1988-1989 school year. I can honestly say 35 years later that she was one of the best and most memorable teachers that I ever had. She was firm but fair and cared greatly for her students. My sincere condolences to the family.

Sending our condolences to the whole family. What a great neighbour your Mom was. For years she always had special treats for my kids at Halloween. Many times on other special occasions we would find a bag of treats hanging from the front doorknob. Always waving from across the street. Would have short little visits discussing kids and the weather. Everyone will miss her smile and kind gestures.

Al, Heather, Bonnie and your families.
The memories I have of 'the good old days' spending so much time with all of you, makes me smile. So much fun we had, but especially our parents and their friends. Now some of them are up there having fun again and watching over all of us that they left. Your Mom is with your Dad again and I know she will be at peace.
A Love as powerful as your Mom's for each and all of you leaves its own mark. To have been loved so deeply, even though your Mom is gone, her love will give each of you protection forever.
Love to all of you during this very difficult time and always.

Dear Bonnie , Al and Heather
So many memories I have had , first as a child playing in your tree fort to swimming in the gigantic pool to hanging out in your basement . Walking with Al to school on lunch breaks . Next to being her neighbour after buying my Grandmas house . Your mom every Easter sending over chocolate bunnies for the kids . I think they looked forward to your mom rather than the Easter Bunny she brought better chocolates ! She was a wonderful woman with the kindest heart. These memories of her will always stay with me and my children .
My deepest condolences to all of you

What a joy it was to know Barb. Such an open-hearted, open-minded, generous and loving soul! We had such deep and interesting conversations when we spent time together. I admired Barb’s strong commitment to health, family and community. She showed me through her own personal convictions how to be an accessible, loving, consistent presence in the lives of one’s treasured grandchildren. A quality I try to emulate. I’d guess that everyone who was privileged to call Barb friend felt blessed by that gift. Rest in deep peace, Barb. You were loved. You will be missed. My heartfelt condolences to all Barb’s family for this huge loss, especially my dear friend Heather.
