Obituary of George Stanley Richards
Peacefully at Strathmere Lodge, with his family by his side on Thursday, February 15th, 2024, George Richards of Melbourne in his 95th year.
Beloved Husband for 56 years of Mary Anne Richards (nee: McLellan). Loving Father of Helen (Chris) Hunter, Christine (Glen) Jeffery, and Jonathan (Margaret Brain) Richards. Proud Grandpa of Kyla (Zach), Kelly, Ashley (Zach), Ian, Samuel, James, Courtney, and his great grandchildren Cooper and Ayla. Predeceased by his sister Hazel Winter (2001).
Family will receive friends at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges 519-264-1100 on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024 from 6 – 8 pm where a Private Celebration of George’s Life will be held on Wednesday.
Interment Longwoods Cemetery, Melbourne.
