Cody Calhoun

Obituary of Cody Frederick Calhoun

It is with immense sadness that we announce the sudden loss of Cody Calhoun of Komoka, on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024. Born to Wayne Calhoun and Lucy Gravelle on April 20, 1988.

Cody was a loving, hard working and generous person who cared deeply for his family and friends. He was fun loving and had a tremendous sense of humour. He will be sorely missed by brothers Ryan and Jake (Sarah Calver) and sister Christine, and new nephew Theo Calhoun. He will also be deeply missed by his several close friends, many of whom have known him since elementary school. Cody was loving, thoughtful, and had a soft spot for his cats and dogs, all animals really. He loved to cook meals for his family and enjoyed fishing and watching hockey. He worked as a licensed carpenter and was a proud member of the Carpenters union Local 1946. He will be missed by his grandmother Irene Gravel and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Cody is predeceased by his grandparents, Gordon Gravel, Fred and Jo (Anne Marie) Calhoun, Uncle Spike and Tante T.G. Cody will meet his buddies Bijou and Bob at the rainbow bridge. We love you Cody, things will never be the same.

Family will receive friends at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Sunday, January 7th, 2024 from 11 am to 1 pm where the Celebration of Cody's life will be held commencing at 1 pm.
