Obituary of Henricus Marinus Rooyackers
Peacefully with the love of his life by his side on Saturday, November 18th, 2023, Henricus “Harry” Rooyackers of Strathroy and formerly of Appin, in his 97th year.
Cherished and Beloved Husband for 68 years of Ann Rooyackers (nee: Vanden Boom). Harry was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Loved Uncle of several nieces and nephews in Ontario, Holland, and Worldwide. Survived by his sisters-in law and brothers-in law in Holland. Harry owned and operated his own body shop for several decades, forever the mechanic, always tinkering until the end!
A Mass to celebrate the lives of Harry and Ann will be held at All Saints Parish, Strathroy on Tuesday, December 5th, 2023 commencing at 11 am with visitation from 10 am until Mass. Inurnment All Saints Roman Catholic Cemetery, Strathroy.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Harry& Anns neighbour - Mike. He was always there for Harry and Ann when they needed him no matter what time of the day or night. He graciously took Harry to his appointments or trips to the hospital in these last few months. He was a true friend.
