Obituary of Neil Junior Riley

Unexpectedly on Saturday, June 19^th, 2021, Neil Junior Riley of Chippewa of the Thames First Nation in his 70^th year. 

Beloved husband for 33 years of Heather Hopkins.  Loving father of Neil, Darrell, Joel, Carl, Kelsey, Jeremy, Lita, Barbara, Shelley, Chantel, Skimp, Nikki and Mike Riley.  Proud grandpa of Christian George JR., Lawrence Leighton Leitch-Riley, Raven Katana Leitch-Riley and Luna Moon Leitch-Riley and many other grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Dear brother of Gilbert Riley and Audrey Duval-Riley.  Survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Predeceased by his parents John and Ella Riley and his brothers Cyril and John Riley. 

Family will receive friends and community members at Neil and Heather’s homestead, 150 Anishinaabeg Drive, Muncey on Monday, June 21, 2021, until Wednesday at 11am.  Interment St. John’s Cemetery, Chippewa.  Please follow all COVID protocols.  Masks and social distancing are mandatory for attendees.  Elliott-Madill Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
