Obituary of Wilbur John Lorenzo Smith
Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Friday, March 6th, 2026. Wilbur Smith in his 88th year.
Loving father of Tom Smith of St. Thomas, Barb (John) Mitchell of Nairn, and Philip (Cristal) Smith of Ipperwash. Remembered Papa of Ben (Laura), Yvonne (Sam), Christopher, David, Laurene, and Ben. Great grandpa of William, Emma, Sophia, and Thèo. Survived by his sister Evelyn and predeceased by brothers Don and Bill. Dad enjoyed working on cars with his sons, fishing with his family, his Timmies coffee, and his crossword scratch tickets.
At the family’s request there will be a private family funeral service with Interment Oakland Cemetery, Delaware.
