Obituary of Verne Karl Halonen
Peacefully at Middlesex Terrace, Delaware on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, Verne Halonen of Lake St Peter and formerly Mount Brydges in his 74th year.
Beloved husband of the late Gail Halonen (nee: Manning). Loving father of Jenna (James) Garner. Proud grandpa of Owen and Kaylie. Dear brother of Dennis Halonen and stepbrother of Jeanette (Larry) Nemeth. Survived by his nieces, cousins and friends.
Verne worked for many years at the St Thomas Ford, Freightliner/Sterling assembly plants.
As per Verne’s request, cremation has taken place.
The family wishes to thank all the staff at Middlesex Terrace for their care and compassion provided to Verne.
