Obituary of Allan Blair Kennedy

After a long illness at North York General Hospital, on Thursday, October 23, 2025, Allan Kennedy of Oneida Nation in his 52^nd year.

Allan is survived by beloved partner, Kelly Hashemi of 15 years. Cherished stepchildren, Parisa Hashemi and Reza Hashami, proud grandpa of Mars David Campkin Hashemi and Evren Hashemi. Loving son, of Wellington Glen Kennedy and Rosemary Kennedy. Stepson of, Joyce White. Allan will be remembered by his sister, Dawn Kennedy and brother, Glen Kennedy. Allan will be missed by his nieces and nephews, Crystal, Samantha, Vanessa, Riley and Dakota. Allan will be greatly missed by many cherished friends and cousins and extended family and friends. Allan was an integral part of his family and will be remembered in many hearts.

Allan is predeceased by his mother, Rosemary Kennedy, brother, Wellington David Kennedy and many aunts and uncles.

Remembered by his good friend, Claudine Sampson, who was with him throughout the 8 months of hospitalization and through the years of volunteering and working in the community in Toronto.  

Friends will be received by the family at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Thursday, October 30, from 2pm to 4 pm and 7pm to 9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Friday commencing at 12 Noon. Interment Oneida United Church Cemetery. www.elliottmadill.com
