Obituary of Wayne Wilson

After a long battle at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Thursday, October 16^th, 2025, Wayne Wilson of Chippewa of the Thames First Nation, in his 63^rd year.

Cherished son, of Virgil and the late Audrey (nee Powless) (2022) Wilson. Loving father, of Dezerae, Wayne Jr. (Meghan), Jamie and Erin. Proud grandpa of Liam, Kaleb, Brandi, Everly and Eriana. Dear brother of Naomi, Bill (Rick), Jamie (Ron), James (Shelli), Jerome (Tracie), Karen (Jack), Janice, Kristin (Bill), and Nimki. Survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Fondly remembered by his special friend, Becky Stiles.

As per Wayne’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Wayne’s life will be held at VIRGIL WILSON'S WELDING SHOP (Big Red Barn) 644 Middlemiss Drive, Muncey on Sunday, November 16th, 2025 from 2 - 5 pm..
