Obituary of Cheryl Christine Centen

After a tremendous battle with her long illness and health issues, Cheryl Centen (nee: French) of Toronto and formerly of Chippewa of the Thames First Nation in her 72nd year.

Cheryl is survived by her daughter Gia Leone of Toronto & her son Shaun Centen and his wife Charlene and their three daughters Shauntee, Keelah and Tamaya all of London, her Brothers Steve, Hubert, Kevin and her sisters Verna, Sandy, Joan and Gail as well as her Nieces and Nephews. She is preceded in death by her Father and Mother Morley and Mary French (nee: Sutherland) and her beloved Niece and Nephew Jennifer French and Hughey French. 

Cheryl will be loved and remember forever. Rest in Power and Peace, my beloved Mother. Xoxo.

Family will receive friends at the ELLIOTT-MADILL FUNERAL HOME, Mount Brydges on Saturday, September 20th, 2025 from 12 noon until 1 pm where the Celebration of Cheryl’s life will be held commencing at 1 pm. Cremation to follow.
