Obituary of John Bernd Hansmann
John Bernard Hansmann, 83, of London Ontario, passed peacefully at home on Monday, August 18th, 2025, surrounded by his children.
Born May 16th,1942 in Charlottenburg, Germany, John came to Canada in 1953. John was a hard worker, first in the tobacco fields, then as a supervisor at a shoe factory and lastly a dedicated worker at The Ford Motor Company for 30yrs. John was an avid fisherman who enjoyed his boats, and playing pool with his good friend of 60 years John Weston.
John leaves behind his daughter Caren, and sons Daniel (Marla), and Paul (Charlotte), grandchildren Christina, Justin, Jackson, Serenity, Kingstin, Skyelah and 3 great- grandchildren.
John is predeceased, by his partner Pierina Bartolotto, his parents George and Erna (Trebez) Hansmann and his 2 brothers Peter and Luke.
There will be no funeral service as per John’s request. Cremation with inurnment Mount Brydges Cemetery where he will be at rest with his parents.
