Obituary of Frank Doxtator
Peacefully on July 2, 2025, one day after his 90th birthday, Frank Doxtator of Oneida Nation of the Thames started his journey back to creation. He will be reunited with his wife Laura Doxtator (nee Antone, predeceased May 15, 2011) on what would have been their 71st wedding anniversary.
Frank is lovingly remembered by his children: Jessica Doxtator, Kevin Doxtator and Nola Prince, Grace Elijah, Patricia Doxtator, and predeceased by children: Jack Doxtator, Debra Doxtator and Penny Doxtator.
Treasured grandfather to: Samantha Doxtator, Anthony Doxtator, Kevin Doxtator Jr., Ken Elijah (Roxanne), Kelly Elijah (Anissa), Katie Dracket (Daine), Peter Doxtator, and Ronnie Doxtator. Predeceased by grandchildren: Sasha Doxtator and Shane Doxtator.
Lovingly remembered by great-grandchildren: Azzy, Anthony Jr, Dustin, Winter, Skylar, Shylah, June, Aiden, Alexis, Alyssa, Jordan, Jasmine, Deona,Tehya, Chrysah, Keshanah, Kevin, Dominic, and great, great grandchildren: Khaine , Khruize, Arayah, and Amyrah.
Predeceased by his mom and dad: Rachel nee Kennedy and Hardy Doxtator Sr, all of his siblings: Irvin Hill, Andrew Doxtator, Washington Doxtator, Hardy Doxtator Jr., Ralph Doxtator, Larry Doxtator, Mardelle Antone and Marion Antone.
Frank is also survived by brother in laws: Bob Steele and Richard Antone, and many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends at the ELLIOTT-MADILL FUNERAL HOME on Friday, July 4th, 2025 from 6 to 8 pm where the Celebration of Frank’s Life will be held Saturday commencing at 11 am. Interment Fellowship Baptist Cemetery.
