Obituary of Michael Anthony Mosko

Michael A. Mosko passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 25, 2025 in Munsee-Delaware Nation in his 64th year. Pre-deceased by his first wife Crisma (2003), and second wife Karen Jeanette Mosko (nee Dolson, Hunter) (2022).

Michael was born in Warren, Ohio, to late parents, Doris Mosko (2015) and Michael J. Mosko (2021) on March 30, 1960.  He proudly served and retired from the United States Navy (1978-98).  Michael is survived by his daughter, Catherine, his son Rex, siblings Ronald, Gregory and Edward Mosko, Joyce (Richard) Martin, and Anita (Donald) Watson and Dennis Strock.   Pre-deceased by Mary Strock (2022) and David Mosko (2019). Loving grandfather to   Jose, Celia, Diana, Joshua, Jordan, Jaden & Crisma.  Missed by nieces and nephews & extended family.

He also enjoyed being a dog-dad to Isis and HDoGee, was an avid coin collector and other cool finds for swapping at local venues, watching sci-fi and action movies, and loved travelling.  He avidly promoted and encouraged the Lenape language and embraced the heritage with Karen. 

Family will receive friends at the ELLIOTT-MADILL FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday April 1, 2025 from 11am – 1 pm where Celebration of Mike’s life will be held commencing at 1 pm.  Interment Lower Muncey Cemetery.  www.elliottmadill.com
