Obituary of Hendrik Slaa

Hendrik "Henk" Slaa of Mount Brydges passed at the Country Terrace Nursing Home, Komoka on March 17, 2018 in his 87^th year.

Beloved husband of the late of Hendrika "Rie" Slaa (November 13, 2016). Loving father of Marianne (John) Feenstra, Eric (Ruth) Slaa, and Ronald (Yanitza) Slaa. Opa to Melissa (Andrew) West, Jennifer (Rob) Williford, Michael (Neala) Feenstra, Mark (Caitlin) Feenstra, Tyler, Darren, Brandon, Chantal and Madelyn Slaa. Great Opa to Cassandra and Carson West and Zoe Williford. Will be sadly missed by many friends and family in the area and in Holland.

Friends and family may pay their respects at Hope Community Christian Reformed Church on Tuesday March 20, 2018 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.  Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm. Pastor Phil Apoll officiating. Interment at Mount Brydges Cemetery. Donations to the V.O.N or Hope Community Christian Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
